Check-In/Out: 🕓 Your designated check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced to ensure readiness for all guests. No Smoking: 🚭 Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property. Age and Group Policy: 👶👧 Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. The property is unsuitable for proms, graduation parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, vacationing students, and large groups. Liability and Equipment Use: 🚲🛶 Guests assume full responsibility for their personal safety and that of their children and visitors. We disclaim all liability for accidents or injuries. Equipment such as infant/child gear, bicycles, and kayaks are used at guests' own risk. Quiet Hours: 🌜 Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are enforced by local law enforcement to ensure neighborhood tranquility. Payment: 💳 Full payment is required for entry. Cancellation: 📑 Please adhere to the cancellation policy detailed in the booking agreement. Occupancy: 🏠 Having over the maximum occupancy for the property without prior approval will subject you to cancellation of your reservation with no refund of any payments. Housekeeping: 🧹 There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are for indoor use only. Booking Integrity: 🔒 Reservations made under false pretenses will be canceled, with all payments forfeited, and access to the property denied or revoked. Weather-Related Cancellations: 🌪️ Refunds for cancellations due to hurricanes or named storms are only issued if there is a mandatory evacuation order from the National Weather Service. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CONDO IS PART OF A MULTI-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY WITH A SEPARATE $35 RESORT FEE and guest rules. You'll need to check in at the front desk when you arrive to pay the $35 RESORT FEE and sign a guest agreement. The $35 RESORT FEE includes covered parking for up to two vehicles and access to onsite amenities such as two pools, hot tubs, tennis court and fitness center. If you need more parking passes, you'll need to pay $35 more for every two additional passes. Also, the RESORT FEE for stays 14 days or longer is $60 per month. Credit cards are accepted for the Resort Fee. You may check in at the front desk anytime on the day of your arrival between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. Once you have paid your resort fee you'll have full use of the pools and the amenities, you just won't be able to enter the condo until your scheduled check-in time of 4:00 p.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly. No more than a TOTAL of FIVE guests allowed, including children. NO MORE THAN 4 ADULTS ALLOWED (16 years or older). MUST BE 25 TO RENT. NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON THE BALCONY. A $500 fee will be assessed if there is any evidence of smoking. ABSOLUTELY NO ANIMALS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE PROPERTY. THIS IS A NO PET PROPERTY. If you have a SERVICE ANIMAL you must first let me know, then send me the proper forms from your healthcare provider and I must register this SERVICE ANIMAL with the front desk prior to your check-in. If these guidelines are not adhered to, your reservation will be cancelled and there will be no refund issued.
